A small studio, by choice.

We cap ourselves at twelve. Every project has a senior engineer running it. We've turned down clients we couldn't staff well. We'd rather ship one great agent than five mediocre ones.

Operators, not consultants.

We don't write recommendations. We don't deliver "frameworks." We sit inside your tools, ship working software, and stay around long enough to know if it actually worked.

The same hands, kickoff to handoff.

The person on your kickoff is the person writing the code. No PMs, no offshore handoffs, no junior engineers dropped onto your project after the senior left.

Bootstrapped, on purpose.

Founded in 2026 with zero outside funding. No funding rounds, no investors to please. The point is the work.

How we got here.

2026 · DAY 01

One founder, one conviction.

Pranay Navoth starts MES to build agents that delete repetitive work - beginning with a prospect-research agent for a friend's sales team.

2026 · MONTH 02

First retainer.

A healthcare client paid us to keep operating a prior-auth agent we'd built. We realised the operating piece was the whole business.

2026 · MONTH 04

A team forms.

First engineering hires. Headcount capped at twelve from the start - small, senior, deliberate.

2026 · MONTH 06

Zero dollars raised.

Still bootstrapped. Every dollar in the studio came from shipped agents, not term sheets.
