A studio of one, by choice.

I cap at three live retainers. Every project is run end-to-end by me. I've turned down clients I couldn't serve well. I'd rather ship one great agent than juggle five mediocre ones.

I don't write recommendations. I don't deliver "frameworks." I sit inside your tools, ship working software, and stay around long enough to know if it actually worked.

The person on your kickoff is the person writing the code, the prompts, the evals, and the 9 am report. No PMs, no offshore handoffs, no junior engineers dropped onto your project after the senior left.

How we got here.

2026 · DAY 01

One founder, one conviction.

Pranay Navoth starts MES to build agents that delete repetitive work - beginning with a prospect-research agent for a friend's sales team.

2026 · MONTH 02

First retainer.

A healthcare client paid us to keep operating a prior-auth agent we'd built. We realised the operating piece was the whole business.

2026 · MONTH 04

Open for engagements.

Now taking the first engagements — building the early agents that become the studio's track record. Same promise to each: ship in 21 days, then operate it.

2026 · MONTH 06

Zero dollars raised.

Still bootstrapped. Every dollar in the studio came from shipped agents, not term sheets.
